Delete your FraudAngel account

1. Open FraudAngel.
2. On the Home screen, tap your profile circle at the top right.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
4. Tap Delete my account again to confirm.

You are signed out on every phone right away.

Email privacy at fraudangel dot com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete it and reply to confirm.

Right away: you are signed out everywhere, removed from your family members' FraudAngel, and your name and email are erased.

Within 30 days: everything else tied to your account is permanently deleted, including your phone number, check history and results, alerts, family connections and notes, and device and push notification tokens.

Already gone: screenshots and recordings you sent for a scam check are deleted within 24 hours of the check, whether or not you delete your account.

Nothing that identifies you, except anything we are legally required to keep. Our lists of scam phone numbers, websites, and phrases are about scammers, not about you, and stay in place to protect everyone.
